Our Workshops & Special Events: Disclaimer
Art Space Healing workshops and special events are defined as a meeting at which a group of people engage in activity on a particular subject or project with the intention of exploration, understanding, to gain insight and healing on our individual personal journey to self-realization.
Art Space Healing workshop delivery can include but are not limited to; demonstrations, session recordings, audience questions, practice exercises, lecture, video presentations, discussion and experiential demonstrations.
Each Art Space Healing workshop is unique with content and presentation primarily determined by the Therapists. Should you require further details on a particular workshop please feel free to contact us.
Group Workshops and Special Events
Please list one person per booking. Workshop places are limited and will be booked on a first come first served basis. A person is not registered for this workshop until the booking is received and workshop payment has been processed.
Applications will be processed according to the advertised cost & conditions. Tax receipts will be made out to the applicant unless otherwise stated. The applicant is responsible for supplying clear and correct information; any changes or additional contact by Art Space Healing may incur an administration fee.
All payments to Art Space Healing are to be processed via our online facility, unless otherwise stated. We do not offer offline credit card processing.
A tax receipt and confirmation of your registration will be issued via email to your nominated email address within 7 days of receipt of payment. You agree to contact Art Space Healing if you have not received notice or a receipt within 7 days of payment.
Art Space Healing provides a Certificate of Attendance for each workshop. These are distributed as a hard copy to participants at the workshop.
In the event that Art Space Healing provides refreshments they will include a selection of vegetarian and gluten free food.
Art Space Healing reserves the right to make any changes to any events, treatments, programs or workshops without notice.
Refund and Returns/Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing. We recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise; however Art Space Healing will not accept responsibility for these.
In the event of cancellation prior to the close of standard registration, Art Space Healing will refund all workshop payments made less a 25% (inc GST) cancellation and admin fee. Absolutely no refunds will be made for cancellations after close of standard registration, which is 48 hours prior to the event.
Prior to the close of the standard registration period, a substitute may attend in your place. Please notify us as soon as possible if you are transferring your registration.
In the event Art Space Healing needs to cancel the workshop or event, then a full refund will be made of any workshop and/or event payments made. Art Space Healing will not be responsible for any cost other than the workshop and/or event payment.
Art Space Healing reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline entry to any of our workshops to anyone who may have registered, and/or to discontinue attendance to anyone who may have registered. A full refund less a 25% cancellation fee will be remitted to the refused registrant.
Art Space Healing’s Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance Policy
Art Space Healing's public liability and professional indemnity insurance covers the presenter(s) and registered attendees at Art Space Healing’s events. Only those attendees who have registered via Art Space Healing’s registration process will be covered by our public liability insurance policy.
Video/Audio Taping and Photography Policy
The Audio / Video recording and taking of photos (including camera phones) at Art Space Healing Group Workshops and Special Events is strictly prohibited.
